Accommodation non cancellable through booking.com
Had email to say flights not going ahead - fine will just wait for a refund or transfer to 2021
Booking.com say nothing they can do to help if accommodation refuse to cancel - accommodation just not responding to email
I paid on credit card - would you go to them for help?
I also have annual travel insurance - would you claim from them instead?
Any helpful suggestions
