No advice but as we're going in 5 weeks for our first time with dd's 2 and 5, thought I'd give it a bump.

Where are you staying?

Book somewhere to eat each evening because otherwise the Qs are horrendous and it's not much fun when you're kn*ckered and just want to sit down and eat! I Q'd for over an hour at Planet Hollywood with 2 shattered children and by the time we got our table we were too tired to enjoy it.

You can't book all restaurants - Planet Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe, for example - but you can book Blue Lagoon, some others, and the hotels I think. Check the DLP website, sorry I can't remember.

Hi Pirategirl (my dd1 favourite book) and debbieweb, we did Disneyland Paris, in June with dd1 5 years dd2 3years and ds 7 months. It was magical. We stayed in one of the resort hotels so had breakfast there but then ate in various restaurants in the Park and in Disney village. I do recall we ate in Ludwigs Castle ( at least I think thats what it was called) But all the restaurants are so kid friendly. Lots and lots of merchandise and the kids are bamboozled but it is not over priced there is just so many variations

The highlight for us was the photo opportunity with some of the disney princesses. I was just as excited as dds I did not see it advertised so be sure to ask if you think your lo will be interested. And the highlight of each day was the parade of characters which all the kids loved and did not mind having to stand and wait for! Mine were quite young and not really interested in the rides but we did do the age appropriate ones but it was the disney characters that blew them away. We got them autograph books which they loved and got the various characters to sign them.

We had a ball - so much so that we are planning to stop there again on our way back to the uk next summer.

Enjoy and hope this is of some use.

sounds fab, getting v excited now. You can apparently, book a lunchtime meal in cinderella's castle, where there will be prince's and princesses on the dance floor. Its not really advertised on disney site, so will phone to pre-book a meal if it does really exist. That would blow dd1 away .
