Hit me with your foreign holiday plans/inspiration for 2020

First world problems but I am never organised enough to book too far in advance (big dreams, shallow pockets here!)

But for those who are able to live the dream, what have you got in store for 2020 - long haul and short haul?

This year I'm keen on Iceland, possibly Thailand (never been), Berlin or Vienna, Efterling and a decent European summer holiday with DC.

I’m going to Berlin next month, on a Greek cruise in May, on a Baltic cruise in July and to Thailand in November.

10 days in a villa in Majorca in August. That’s booked and paid for. We were hoping for a Monday- Friday UK break in the may half term, but after a rather expensive unexpected vets bill, we’ll be sticking to the one holiday for now.

Easter - trip to the PIL in Hamburg
May half term - Orlando, Universal Studios
August - 9 days Majorca
before Christmas - 4 days to see PIL

We will also go and see my mum but aren't sure yet if we do it in August or October half term.

Skiing/ snowboarding in Whistler, Canada in April, Turkey in October half term, then we want to go somewhere for Christmas but can’t decide where/ the places we do want to go are a fortune because it’s Christmas. We’re open to suggestions though! We have a 10 year old and are limited to school holidays.

Flyingarcher if you do go to Slovenia, do try and go to Lake Bohinj - it is so beautiful and clean and peaceful and untouristy.

Anyone offsetting their carbon? Ironic to see the world and fuck it up at the same time
