Hello
I'm traveling to Disneyland Paris with my 2 year old baby in a few weeks with our family. The baby has a condition which means they can not sit unaided.
Which rides if any can the baby sit on my lap?
Thanks

I was there with my 1yr old a few years ago. If there is a bar that comes down over your lap, they will not allow lap riding, which unfortunately rules out a lot of options. Do you know about the baby switch? You both queue, one person rides while the other holds the baby then swap before both leaving together. It will perhaps be worth contacting their guest services as they may provide you with a pass to skip queues for things your toddler can ride. You may find the wait times difficult bearing in mind you cannot take your pushchair into the line.

Based on our trip to Florida, we had then 11 month old DD on pirates of the carribean, peter pan, tea cups, dumbo, small world, phantom manor and i think you'd be fine with pinocchio and snow white. You can also go on the train around the park and the steam boat. There will be more - that's just off the top of my head. Have a great time!

If you're on Facebook join the group Disneyland Paris for brits, they are a font of knowledge.

Hmm I'm not sure about the bar thing - I'm not sure I remember in which cases we had her on our knee or sandwiched between us but she was certainly held in some way at all times - probably changed mid ride in some cases - but I did notice that the staff didn't give us a lot of guidance on safe riding for babies! However rules could be different in Paris.

Tea cups and possibly the carousel (if open) are 2 I can think of but I definitely suggest rider switch. Oh, it’s a small world too.

Focus on parades and character meets if you don’t want to do rider switch.
