Snacks on planes

Will I be able to buy little snacks for DD's on a a Virgin flight to Orlando? Can I make sandwiches and take them on board? I have a DD with a ferocious appetite and hollow legs.

Sorry if this is a bit dim - we haven't flown in years.

Oh yes, when mine were small we used to take extras such as Dairylea lunchables, crackers, baby bels, bananas, etc as DD would never eat a plane meal.

Defo no nuts. I bloody love cashews but sense says they should be banned on planes.

We called in a M&S service station earlier and bought chicken wings Grin. Can we take those through?

We’re flying out Thursday. I pack things like sweets and biscuits (to keep them quiet) and get some bits in Boots as I find it cheaper than the other shops.

Yes, you can take your chicken wings onboard. Happy flying ✈️

If your flying virgin shacks and drinks should be free.

Honestly, you’ll not need anything unless you’re very fussy (as my dd is)as they’re always coming round with snacks and meals and drinks.

They are all free as well. Enjoy your trip. We’ve just come back from Orlando.
