The roads are quite quiet so driving is nice and easy.
If you do come to the west side, I recommend the Aqua Centre in Cala n Blanes. It has a good mixture of big and little slides. Its not a huge place so you may not be there all day. The restaurant is really nice and I recommend the Menorcan Chicken.
The old capital Cuitadella is lovely. Lots of small side streets to wander about and get lost in. I am not a fan of Mahon, but they do have a good market a couple of times a week.
The caves of Xoroi are also worth a visit. There are many many steps so not good if you have a pushchair
Please, if you get chance, go to Binibequer. Its called the sugar cube village. It is stunning and one of my favourite places
Beach wise, there are many to chose from. Most of them are rocky coves with a small amount of sand, but Son Bou is a 3km stretch of sandy beach and has water sports and inflatables. Cala Galdana is stunning with shallow water for ages. Be sure to take snorkel masks as the fish are really quite friendly
Go up north to the fishing town of Fornells. That's a nice place to wander about. but not a lot there.
Cala n Bosc on the west side is nice to wander around. It has a harbour and beach and plenty of good restaurants
There are a lot of coastal paths. The scenery is very interesting and there are very few high rise hotels.
I hope this gives you some pointers. We are going for 2 weeks in August and am really looking forward to it.
