Who would you fly with to Auckland?

Just decided to go to NZ in November, just me and DH for the cricket 😆
Any suggestions who are best to fly with? We've been with Cathay pacific to Australia before, DH has a good quote from Emirates. Are they ok? I am quite a nervous flier so need to be happy! We've used Air NZ to go from Sydney to Auckland before and I really liked them

Ah yes they don't go through HK anymore do they - sorry I forgot about that.

I would go with Singapore Airlines too. We've flown with them a few times and they have always been great and would say they were the best airline we've flown with. Flew to Australia with them recently. My husband flew to NZ a couple of years ago with Qatar Airlines, he did the 17 hour direct flight from Doha and said they were really good but still prefers Singapore.

I’d either go Air NZ and stop over along their route via the states / fiji on the way back. Or go Emirates / Cathay and stop In Dubai / Singapore
