Seychelles

Had a shitty year so we're thinking of treating ourselves to two weeks in the Seychelles in July.

Has anyone been? What's the weather like and where should we stay/visit? What are the best beaches?

We're considering doing a multi-stop staying on 2-3 islands. We'd be wanting 5* accommodation but want to be able to experience freedom on the islands and not feel like we're holed up in a resort!

Any help would be appreciated 😊

AI isn't as common in Seychelles....we did half board and booked with Trailfinders who had some good deals for half board if staying more than a week and booked more than 90 days in advance , also had deals on Business class..but we booked in January for trip in September so got good price with Emirates
Travelbag also worth a look but don't have as much choice at the moment for Seychelles
I'd also Also have a look at Koh Phangan/Koh Samui for September( rainy season doesn't hit till October) ...we went last September to Anantara Rasananda which comes in at under £10k for 2 weeks full board in Ocean pool suite ...gorgeous hotel in perfect location

@Mrsmch123
Have a look at Tongsai bay in Koh Samui.
Absolutely beautiful eco resort near the north of the island.
Never been anywhere so gorgeous.
Amazing family cottage with 2 bedrooms that looks out to see.

@Theredjellybean

Have an amazing time. I know what it’s like to have a unwell child. It really takes its toll. I would do the same if I had the funds.
A holiday has amazing healing properties and if you can afford it then why not?

Thank you.
Exactly what my dp said.. Why work so hard and not spend some when we really need it.
I love him so much for that.. Especially as his ex wife has found out (dsd told her.. Not spiteful just was excited) she was ranting on phone last night... Sigh... Told my dsd that my d's illness is karma on me for destroying their marriage... Holiday cannot come quick enough
