Just came back from New York - what next ?

I just came back from New York with Dh and ds and we loved it ! I’d love to go again ! I would also love to go back to USA but where ? Which city would you recommend to go ?

San Francisco. Didn't expect to like it; loved it to the point we try to budget for a trip back there every year or so. It's hard to put into words why it's special, but it is.

Chicago was nicer than expected (spent a couple of nights there en route to the long-distance Amtrak East-West trains) - the Bean was amazing.
