what about a trip to Borough Market to try all the different foods and then buy some unusual ingredients to cook up a meal together?

Or go on one of the Thames treasure hunting workshops if she likes history and doesn't mind getting grubby. They look fascinating and I would have loved it at that age.

Go kayaking or sailing together

Walk a segment of the Capital Ring, or do one f the Treasure Traiks

You could sign up to one of this big events - I think the overnight Moonwalk might be sold out, but there are things like the Pretty Muddy obstacle races or the Vitality Mile

They are some great ideas! I like the muddy obstacles especially

My DS (12) really enjoyed the Shoreditch Street Art walk. We went on an organised tour but you can do a self- guided one and it is fairly cool to see a real Banksy. We also did the workshop which was super - spray painting on walls, what's not to love!

Drop-in chocolate making session www.thechocolatemuseum.co.uk/dropin-workshops
Afternoon tea
If she’s into fashion, there’s a Christian Dior exhibition on at the V and A.
Florence Nightingale Museum
There’s an excellent glass sculpture exhibition at Kew. There’s a trail around the exhibition for children, but she might think she’s a bit too old for that.
