European beach holiday - sandy beaches, no sunbeds, warm

I’m not sure this exists!

I’m looking for a quiet sandy beach in Europe. No facilities, not fussed if there are no restaurants or bars.

We love the west coast of Portugal but want to go somewhere different. We’ve tried Spain a few times but never found anywhere we loved. I’m sure there must be somewhere in Greece.

Any suggestions?

Sardinia. We stayed on the east coast and found many uncrowded beaches.

Alternatively look at the islands of Evia or Alonissos (fly to Skiathos for Alonnisos) or the mainland. If you are near London you can fly to Volos and there are loads of places to go from there. Or fly to Thessaloniki and go along the coast - but have a night or 2 in the city as it's fab!
Fly to Corfu and go to Paris. Avoid Gaia as you get boat loads of tourists arriving daily for lunch.

On Gozo there is a sweet little beach along from Ramla (which I think it rather charmless) called San Blas. It's down a very steep path but you can park at the top. If you don't fancy the walk back up, you can pay a couple of Euros and rattle up in an old jeep. There is a small restaurant/bar there and you can hire sun beds and umbrellas but you don't have to. it's small so can get busy

Torre Canne in Puglia is nice.
