Where to go for gorgeous 5* family resort in December. High temperatures not high humidity

Where would you recommend? Family of 4 with two senior school aged children. Christmas treat but doesn’t have to be Christmassy. Temps that are hot (25ish) but not humid. Clean and luxurious 5* with really good pool.

Stayed at The Veranda in Antigua over Christmas. Not sure if 5 star but really lovely in a low key way, very leafy and pretty and family orientated. Spread out over 2 sandy bays but only around 200 rooms/villas. They were working on building more accommodation at the time.
