Paris weekend in the rain

Going to Paris for a weekend this week and it looks like heavy rain. We've been before so done most of the main attractions. Any suggestions to keep dry and entertain DS9?

The Catacombs
Croissant making workshop (we did one for 2 hours with La Cuisine Paris)
Museum of Magic
Les Enfants Rouges market
The Lego shop in Forum Des Halles
Cite des Sciences. Within the Cité des Sciences, there are two permanent exhibitions for children, one for ages 2-7 and another for ages 5-12 with interactive games and experiments.
L'aquarium - hands on workshops and exhibitions.

Top floor of the musee de l'Armee at Les Invalides: Musée des Plans-Reliefs. Lots of historical models of fortified towns and landscapes. My DDs loved it (10 and 13) and not overcrowded either (big plus for us)

Thanks. I think the Catacombs might freak him out.

Another vote for Cite des Sciences. There is also a Planetarium there and I thought the show we saw was really good (you get a headset so that you can listen in English). If you go online you can pre-book the kids sections and the planetarium. If the rain stops you can wonder along various canals and grab a metro slightly nearer to the centre of Paris. We had dinner on the canal side. It’s nice to see a slightly different bit of Paris.

All the museums are covered. Monet’s water lilies at the Orangerie can be done pretty quickly and is a nice dip into art if your DS isn’t too interested!

I haven’t been to either the Louvre or Musée d’orsay with kids but if they have kids tours/treasure hunts that might work well?
