Disney Paris 2019 - help

Hi, we are hoping to take our DD to Disney Paris next year.

Ideally we would be there for her turning 5 on 21st June.

I have read other threads that people can get 3/4 night stays including meal plans for under £1000. Can anyone give me any tips?

Even booking the cheapest hotel on site is coming in at £880 just for hotel and park tickets.

We did look at the staying off site but decided that for our first visit we would like to be on site to make use of the extra 'magic hours' and beat the rush for the bigger attractions.

We are hoping to fly as we can get flights for £300 for the 3 of us (me, DH and DD) and it would probably cost that to drive as we are coming from Glasgow.

Thanks

Hi @SolemnlySwear2010 I'm also planning a trip for next year! Have you looked at the price grids on the website? That way you can find the cheapest dates. We're thinking of going at February half term but we'd arrive at the end of the week before to get a better deal.
Has anyone been in February?

Hi, we haven't booked anything yet but we have decided to buy annual tickets as we are planning on going in June next year and then again at Christmas next year. We get 40% off the Disney hotels with the AP so it actually works out roughly the same price Grin.

We need to wait until the hotel only prices come out with is October/November time.

I cannot wait - we arent telling our DD until we head to the airport as we are going to celebrate her 5th birthday.

We are hoping to get everything (annual tickets, hotel, flights, transfers and meal plan) for under £2000 but it depends what deals are on

Sounds like a great plan. I am so excited too!

DDs got an annual pass and used her discount vouchers to get me in for half price (I think the pass comes with 10 vouchers) and the nice staff on the barrier let me in early otherwise she was going to dump me somewhere with a coffee while she got photos. I think she paid 40eu for an annual photopass so she can download all the character photos but it also included photos with me. The annual pass gets you 10% off merchandise.
We stayed in Marnee La Vallee, 10 mins away by train and easy to get to from CDG.

The Facebook group Disneyland Paris for Brits is really helpful. I've been once and going again in sept. The offers change quarterly I think and sometimes have free food but I find their meal plans so confusing I have never been that bothered with that.

First time we went in March 2015 for £700 4 nights at the New York (second best hotel on site) that was on the buy 2 get 2 free offer. However since Disney took back control prices have rocketed so that would be min £1k now.

This time we are going to Sequoia Lodge just before Christmas, £1k for 3 days includes 2 night free.

If you want to book the Princess Lunch or other character dining I always do that at point of booking and these average around £50 per head.

If you stay on site you get "extra magic hours" where you can go into the park before it opens to the public.

I'm pretty sure the AP lets you in for EMH whether you're on or off site
