Like the title says .. we're off to brighton for 2 nights, never visited before, so would love any tips on places to go - bars, restuarants or just anywhere great to visit. It's our first weekend away together since DS1 was born and was a christmas pressie from my DPs so really want to make the most of it

If you like indian food, we like Indian Summer. It is indian cuisine rather than a bog standard curry. Not the cheapest in the world, but the service has always been excellent when we have been there. Have fun!

Due South - a lovely restaurant on the beach.

Terre a Terre-fantastic veggie food even committed carnivores love it.

Bill's- great for breakfast/ brunch/lunch.

Drakes.

The Mock Turtle-fantastic cakes, an old fashioned tea room.

I second Due South - DH and I love it. The Real Food Company in Hove is very nice for luxurious breakfasts and brunchs.

I have had lovely meals at Food for Friends recently, and more reasonable than Terre a Terre. Hotel du vin for cocktails.
