Can anyone who's better at maths than me please help me figure out a routine?!

Hey Mama's!

Tomorrow night I'm travelling from Singapore - London direct 14 hours. Alone. With my 16 month old. And I'm really nervous. We're flying home to look after my Mum who has just had a mastectomy so in an ideal world, we will both be well slept and coherent when we arrive?! I know whatever happens it won't be perfect, but I'm hoping for ideas to help it go as smoothly as possible so that we can get on UK time asap!!

Son usually sleeps 7.30pm - 7.30am and has a 2 hour nap 12-2pm.
The flight is from 11.55pm SG time, landing 6.55am UK time, 14 hours total.

My son will probably fall asleep in the cab to the airport as well leave about 7.30pm. I imagine he'll drift between awake and asleep as we go through check in/security etc and then I'll try to settle him properly for the night after take off...

Since we land at 7am, should I try to put him down at his 'normal' naptime of 12pm, not let him sleep later than 2pm and put him down that night as normal? On the flight, what time should I wake him up at to ensure the day goes well after landing??

Or is this an impossible task and I should just go with what he wants and figure it out once we get there?

Sorry for the long post (about bloody timings!!) And thank you if you've made it this far, I just am pretty nervous about flying alone with him and not knowing what to expect when we land!! Thank you xxx

I would've stressed about this too op! Especially when it sounds like he sleeps like clockwork!

I think I would just look out for cues and put him down when he looks tired. Then make an assessment from there. Is jet lag likely with the time difference? Because you'll have to make allowances for that too!

No advice but following as I'll be doing very similar myself with a toddler.
