Would you take a 4 month old to turkey?

It is a 4* all inclusive first choice holiday village so should be of good standards and it'll be in september.

The temp should be about 27 degrees.

I'm not sure why at all but i feel uncomfortable about DS being so young, is it being a bit selfish of us cos he'll gain nothing from it or am i being nuerotic about nothing (DH thinks i am and is getting annoyed about my reservations )

Any advice from anyone that has done it and whether it worked or not would be gratefully appreciated thank you.

I took a 3 month old to Turkey.To live!!
It was in the eastern wilds too.

I think it's a great idea.Once he starts moving it will be so difficult to relax. Enjoy it.

Are you breastfeeding? That will make it even easier.

The Turkish people dote on babies.

He will be fine. Took my youngest to Spain with similar temps when he was 9 weeks old. Under 8 months is ideal time as they can't move and can just sit in pram with a sun umbrella. I also took my dd aged 5 months still exclusively b/fed, didn't even give her water or anything just made sure I drank plenty myself.

God yes.In the three years we lived there every meal out was bliss.Kids whisked away while I ate in peace.
heaven....

We took 3month old dd during July / August last year. It was fantastic. Very small Turkish babies seem to be confined to their houses for quite a while after birth, so everyone was absolutely amazed by dd being out and about.

It was impossible to walk down a street without being stopped for cuddles and being given gifts. It was very much 'hands on' from the Turkish people which we loved, but not everyone might like their child being handled constantly.

Where are you going? Might need to take a mossie net.
