Disneyland Paris - one park at a time over 2 days?

We're staying at the local town for 5 nights with day trips into Paris too. Going to spend 2 days at DLP. Just wondering if we need a 2 day ticket for both parks at the same time or do one park one day and other the next. It's a bit cheaper buying tickets that way on the dates we're going. Prob going to go on the Tues and Weds over May half term as looks a bit quieter then according to French website. Thanks

Any thoughts?

The studios parks is smaller and closes earlier. It's more shows than rides.

I'd do two multi parks personally spending a fill day in the main Disneyland park, then I'd go to the studios park the second day but when finished I'd go back into the main park.

You could have single park tickets but need to be willing to have an earlier finish in the studios day. And potentially not get everything done in the main park.

Thanks for your advice. Sounds like worth getting the 2 park tickets then. Appreciate your response x

Two more than enough

Do you have kids? What ages are they? We usually get the 2 day ticket for both parks. Disneyland is a much bigger park and we usually spend 1.5 days there. The studios park isn’t just shows, there’s loads of good rides there now but most of them are for older children/adults. There isn’t as much for young kids to do. If you haven’t been before I’d get the two day pass for both parks but if you’ve been before and don’t mind missing some things in the main park then go for the individual passes.

Kids are 7 and 11. The single day single park tickets worked out cheaper than the 2 day 2 park tickets. I was thinking of spending a whole day in each rather than going between both parks both days. But if more to do at the park than the studio, then I can see the sense in having the joint tickets over 2 days. We havn't been before.

There will be quite a bit for them to do at the studios park then. Disneyland has a lot of “kiddy” rides which they might not be interested in so you should be able to get round most of it in a day. Hope you have a great time!

Can you get 1 day 1 park and 1 day 2 park? Travel Republic often have 3 days for the price of 2 though, which would be less rushed.

Thanks Mirmc - that's a good idea. If we do park first day and then joint the next, we get to go to the night show again if we want to. But without the expense of a 2 day 2 park pass. Is there any difference with buying tickets through 3rd party website compared to directly with Disney (apart from the price..)?

Yes, when The Studios close early, you could go over to the main park. If you've seen the fireworks the first night (or aren't bothered) you can do a few of the busy rides when people are getting into position to watch.
