Bottled water for 18 month old?

Off to the Canary Islands next week and wondering what brand of bottled water would be suitable for my DS to drink?

Don't really want to be boiling water and letting it cool down...surely at 18months bottled water (low sodium) should be ok to drink as is?

TIA!

They sell loads of bottled water there. It’s about a Euro for a 5litre bottle. They are all fine for anyone to drink.

Should add, everyone drinks bottled water there.

Any bottled water should be fine to drink. No need to boil. Only an issue for babies who are having their formula made up with bottled water and then you would look for the lowest sodium content.

I would look for low sodium content in any case - sparkling water is often higher in salt, and I know for sure that my DD vomited at 12 months, several ones when she as drinking it. Switched back to Evian/Volvic (not sure which was lowest salt) and it was fine. Was grateful for the tip from my friend as I would never have thought of it.

I wouldn't have thought to give sparkling water as I don't like it so it would always be still water I would offer

Evian is definitely safe for babies and you shouldn’t have a problem finding it so if in doubt just buy that. However, at 18 months he should be fine with anything; personally I’d just give him whatever. The advice regarding low sodium water is really for younger babies/making formula.
