Heathrow into London via underground

Can't seem to find a list of fares from Heathrow to knightsbridge, I know its direct but heading into London in a few weeks and want to plan ahead. We're stopping at a hotel by Heathrow and going to the national motor museum and into London the next day.
Just want to know what sort of prices I'll be looking at 2 adults and 5 & 3 year old

Download Citymapper (its a free app) and it will tell you the fastest routes, and the cost of all the alternatives.

You won’t pay for the kids on the tube, so if you’re ach have a contactless card just tap that and go through the gates (use the big gate for the adult with the kids).

Children will be free, £5.10 single adult fare peak 6.30-9.30, £3.10 off peak single date from heathrow to Knightsbridge. Make sure you use a contactless card it’s cheaper than buying a paper ticket. This will also make sure that you are fare capped so you don’t pay more than the one day fare cap rate if you do lots of journeys. Have you looked on tfl website?

Its 3.10 off peak (after 9.30 but before 16.00. Mon-fri)

5.10 during the peak time. These are only contactless/oyster fares. The kids will go free

Thanks guy! Much cheaper than I expected and I'll definitely download the app. Thanks for the feedback. How does tapping my contactless card work? In regards to how much It knows to charge me. Probably just going to go direct to Knightsbridge as its in the middle of where we want to go then walk from there

Top contactless card on yellow bit of gate. Walk through. At other end, repeat. Card will have correct amount deducted automatically (and you can check online, if you wish, but I’ve never had a problem).

There are a few bits stations where it’s a bit trickier, but they tend to be outside central London.

You can also use your contactless on the bus (just one tap, when you get on), if the kids get tired legs and you want to see a bit of London rather than tunnels.

Thanks again Greenock, and everybody who has helped. Hoping it's atleast a dry weekend
