What foods can I take into the US?

We're off to visit my brother in Boston on sunday and am finding it difficult to get a list of what I can and can't take in.

Thinking chocolates ok? The request for pork pies only if I don't declare?

We're taking an Xbox as the boys present so that bag will be opened and I don't want to risk being fined or whatever they do.

Want to take some local sparkling wine, I was thinking biggest risk is breakage?

Any thoughts gratefully received.

My brother lives in Lexington, we're visiting friends in the city and came in via public transport. Brother not able to drive very far at the moment, but we may hire a car on Monday. Is there a Shaws/similar near south street, I bought the Lipton in a CVS..

DH and some of the children did frog pond skating today!

There are a few big grocery shops - shaws/stop and shop - in Lexington - I'd say one of them have uk or irish teabags. Lexington is lovely. If you can't drive you should download the uber app for places public transport can't get to.

Aldi has good tea. Cost Plus Market has a lot of British items if you have one. I got an electric kettle from Amazon US that I leave at my folk's house because I got sick of boiling water in a pan or putting it in a microwave (ew).
