Help finding a Disneyland Paris deal

I am hoping someone can help me here - I'm going around in circles and not sure enough to book. I've not been to Euro Disney before but dd is 3.5 and would love to go for 2/3 days - completely obsessed with Elsa for starters.

I am a single parent and seem to be paying for 2 adults while dd goes free in the best case scenarios.

I live near the eurostar line but am happy to go via ferry or plane. I am trying to take advantage of the fact this is her last half a year in pre-school and so dates aren't an issue as I can go midweek or on weekends.

If anyone can help put a package together with everything I need I would be eternally grateful!

We went with Travel Magical which is part of Co-op.

They can book everything for you.

The lady who did our booking was very helpful and knowledgeable. The only hitch we had was that our seats on the Eurostar weren't together on the way back - I wish she had mentioned that when I booked! But that is easily checked.

If Eurostar is handy for you, the direct train to DLP is super convenient if you're planning in staying in one of the Disney hotels.

It is cheaper to stay in a non-Disney hotel, and then it may be more convenient to travel another way.

Disney hotel packages are jaw-droppingly expensive, so brace yourself.

Thank you! I keep seeing package deals but some of them you can't see the full hotel details or it isn't clear about transfers or tickets to the actual Disneyland... I'm scared of booking and then realising I haven't got all of the pieces connected!

I'll try your link now, thank you again!

We tend to book our hotel and tickets package through the DLP website- but never book your train through them, it's way more expensive. I would definitely go by train, it takes you right there.

I would probably start by looking at the Eurostar website and seeing when the cheaper tickets are for dates you want to go and then work around that as the price of the train goes up as the availability goes down. Have a play about with different days on both sites.

I like staying at the Disney hotels because of the early entrance but I have stayed at the partner hotels a bit further out- they are fine but reliant on the shuttle buses whereas the Disney ones are walkable (apart from Davy Crockett which needs a car).

Some people like to stay further out still at the more budget hotels at Val D'Europe, it's a bit further on a different bus or on the RER train or some have there own shuttle buses.

I'd always recommend the Tripadvisor Disneyland Paris forum too, it's a mine of info on how to get the most out of your stay.

Thank you cecyhall that is really useful info. I'll have a look at the threads on Tripadvisor then too!

We stayed at val d Europe last year, it was much cheaper than a Disney hotel. Its one train stop to Euro Disney or there are regular free buses. We just bought our park tickets at the hotel as well. We booked flights and hotel with easy jet, public transport is excellent from airport to Euro Disney and val deurope

I am hoping to get another single mum to come with her daughter too actually! Where did you get that deal?

There is a fantastic Disneyland Paris forum on trip advisor - I have put together a diy package trip for the family using the I've picked up from there and saved a fortune!!!
Take a look and see what you can learn.
