Afternoon tea at burj khalifa Dubai

Hello, I'm visiting Dubai soon and want to go up the burj khalifa and have read so many reviews saying to go for afternoon tea on the deck below the observation one but can't see where to book this in advance (if you even can)
Is anyone able to shed some light on this?

Yes, definitely do it! It's quite expensive but you need to look not at the whole cost, but the difference in cost between that and the observation deck tickets.

The tea itself is lovely quality, really special, the surroundings are lovely, plus you get a table right by the window and can relax and spend as long as you like. Compare that to standing on the observation deck with heaps of other tourists all jostling for the best viewing position and then after 20 minutes coming down again, it's a no brainer.

Can't remember how we booked it though.

The tickets for the viewing thing are sold in a booth in the mall below, but to book the afternoon tea you would need to phone or email the hotel directly. I can't remember the exact name of it but it's an Armani hotel so if you google it or go on trip advisor you should have some luck.

It called At.mosphereburjkhalifa.com. Lovely. When are you going? Currently it's the tail end of a shamal and the weather is dreadful. The humidity is holding the blowing sand in the area. Visibility is like fog. If it's not summer when you visit the humidity will be less and you should have a better chance of a good view.

We went to Atmosphere - table for cocktails booked for our anniversary, when we were travelling with our two adult children. Booked months in advance. Got there, spare table by the window (as requested when booking), told we couldn't use it, and someone else was shown to it later. Said they would transfer us as soon as a window table became free, it did, and they put new arrivals there.

Really unhelpful staff, not interested in helping us to enjoy the occasion, so it turned out to be a real disappointment.

Had afternoon tea at the Burj al Arab, and that was completely different. Fantastic staff and a great experience.
