Can I take M&P Twin Aria up to the doors of an aeroplane or would I have to check it in?

as it doesn't fold up umbrella style???
Travel agent seemed to think yes, friends who fly think no, and DH thinks we should take 2 strollers... (we only own one). Losing the will to make a decision here. DS1 is 2.4, DS2 is 5 months.
Monarch website no help at all, tho can try to phone in the morning.
Thanks for any help at all!

I saw plenty of people taking buggies etc right up to the plane that didn't fold umbrella style so I'd say yes. I'd phone both the airport and airline direct to find out.

Yes when we went away we toke a stroller but i saw loads of people with all sorts of pushchairs/buggies etc, as long as it folds up its fine, it goes with luggage anyway just they put it on instead of putting it through where your bags go at the check in, but when you get off the plane you wont get any pushchair/buggy till the luggage comes out, it comes through on the belt with your bags etc..

That does make me feel better, we're going to take the sling anyway so we'll take it in hand luggage. I'll phone tomorrow anyway and check - it's Gatwick we're going from so they must get this all the time.
Thanks
