Legoland offer

I just wanted to pass on that
lastminute.com
has tickets to Legoland for 13.50 each person(usually 19 per child and 21)What is nice about this offer is you get something sent to you via e-mail and print it out and bring it to the gate as opposed to if you buy from the Legoland website you have to wait for the tickets to be posted. One downside is if you book tickets before hand and then it rains I don't think you can get your money back. Not sure however if you can book on the day, but you can book the day before. I know that come summer there may be better offers but I thought this one was pretty good!

That's 21 for adults!

august, thank you!! we have planned a trip in a couple of weeks. I will remember to look for this offer.

Goodness - £21.00 an adult full price ticket? That is serious money.

150percent · 25/03/2004 22:53

I think that Tesco's milk are doing the "child goes free" offer at present too. Doesn't work with discounted adult tickets though. I went the Tesco clubcard route as I spend far too much there...I phoned to ask whether I was a "premium" member and was told that my average weekly spend was £178 for the period in question...I wished that I hadn't asked.

Actually, was at Waitrose(Holloway Road one) and they had piles of leaflets with kids go free for Legoland. But actually it worked out almost the same for us to go through lastminute as DD2 is just under 3(well actually we are going say she is just under 3, her birthday is tommorrow!) so we bought 3 tickets at 13.50, which equaled 40.50. If we had used the waitrose vouchers then it would have cost 42. But I grabbed a pile of them! I am determined never to pay full price again!!!!!

Does anyone know if Nectar have actually stopped their Legoland deal? I was saving my points last year and hoping to take DD this year but it seems to have disappeared from the Nectar website?

tigermoth · 30/03/2004 13:40

oh I hope not, I was specifically saving my nectar points for a legoland ticket.

tigermoth · 02/04/2004 08:08

URGENT! HELP! latminute's £13.40 legoland offer ends on Sunday 4th April according to the website. I want to go Monday 5th April. I need to book tickets asap - anyone know of any other good deals for Monday? or child goes free offers? sadly Nectar points can no longer be used for Legoland tickets. PLEASE!!

roisin · 02/04/2004 08:55

Aaaggghhhhh! I'm sure I've seen a child goes free offer somewhere recently, but can't pin it down. I'm racking my brain for you.

You can get vouchers with Tescos points, but not at this sort of notice

roisin · 02/04/2004 09:14

Sorry, haven't thought of anything yet.

Do you have Airmiles? You can get vouchers through airmiles, pretty good deal (250 miles for adult, 220 for children) but you have to allow up to 14 days to get the vouchers. Can you re-schedule? Or is this a long-promised trip within a hectic Easter holiday schedule?

tigermoth · 02/04/2004 09:36

long promised trip while big brother is away, roisin. I just assumed the Nectar deal would keep on running.

roisin · 02/04/2004 09:46

When's ds1 due back? I thought he would be back today? Have you heard from him?

I'm drawing a blank here, I'm afraid. My mum had some child free vouchers, but I've just checked with her and they've run out. Hopefully someone else on here will come up trumps.

jessi · 02/04/2004 11:31

Tigermoth, I haven't seen them, but apparantly Tesco's milk has got child free vouchers on them. However, I called Tesco's clubcard offers line thingy and they confirmed this, but when I called my local tesco's they checked the milk and there were no offers on it at all. I don't know if its worth calling Tescos clubcard tel # 0800591688 and asking them if they are doing this offer?? This was last week I rang them and they said yes!Good Luck!

tigermoth · 02/04/2004 12:39

thanks Jessi, I'll give that a try. I have no clubcard points so unless I can locate a bottle of special milk, we're stuck.

Roisin - ds is off to see his grandparents now - the trip location was in Devon - didn't say this at first on the other thread. I won't see ds till Easter. Hope to phone him tonight, though, for an update.

thanks batters - the lastminute site won't let me on at the moment, so will have to try after the lunch hour rush.

tigermoth · 03/04/2004 12:33

daysoutuk do vouchers for £5.00 off the cost of Legoland entry. That's the only offer I've found for this Monday onwards.

I've got my lastminute deal and we're going sunday instead.

Had to laugh when I saw what tip of the day is today!

roisin · 03/04/2004 13:26

I laughed when I saw tip of the day too! And how come you've won the competition AGAIN

Anyway, pleased you're going to get your trip to Legoland - I always object to paying full price for anything, as there always seem to be loads of offers around when you don't need them.

kid · 04/04/2004 12:16

My mum got some kids go free vouchers for Lego Land in one of her magazines she buys. Don't know which one but she buy Bella, Best, Womans Own and Woman.

Hope you can locate some vouchers, these days out are so expensive.

charliecat · 10/04/2004 12:18

Theres a voucher in the Daily mirror today, buy an adult ticket and get a child in free. Not valid in August, or with any other offer, valid till 31st october 2004. so if you spent 70p on the newpaper...or raided your neighbours recyling bin tommorow itdd save you a fair bit and if youve got more than one child, just get dh to stand in the queue with them and another voucher.
Oh and ebay sellers quite often sell bogof vouchers etc for a couple of quid, just look up the place your visiting on ebay and see whats there.HTH someone!

Twink · 21/04/2004 09:24

The Lastminute offer is back here

mckenzie · 21/04/2004 21:51

If you know anyone who works for Lloyds TSB, they can get discounted tickets that are valid for any day. My friend got me 2 adult peak tickets and one child ticket which should have cost £66 and I paid I think £45.
