Have tried to search on this but something must be wrong, no results coming up.

Surely lots of people have been - any gen? We have decided to take dd while she still (half) believes in the tooth fairy and Santa Claus so we're going for three days this w/e. Staying in a hotel on the resort.

TIA

hen are you going?

She'll love it. Expect it to be busy and expect to have to queue for rides in DLP , but the magic is all there for them.

It is easier to see the parade right near the entrance - but get your place early. And the parade in the Studios park is much less bustier ans easier to see - the whole of that park is less busy (as less big rides) but the shows there are great. You can see the characters easier in there too.

Oh, and if you expect to eat fast food the whole time, then anything better will be a bonus. DD lived on hot dogs first time we went

And have fun!!!

I would love to take my dd there! Who did you book with, and how much does it cost?

and I hope you have a briliant time!

Would agree with hulabay on advice. Food the same old fast food rubbish in every eaterie. couldnt buy apple juice inside the park either, just OJ. We enjoyed our stay. We did stay in one of the park hotels so did benefit from one fast pass ride each every day. The park stays open later some nights (in april anway it di) for guests in disney hotels, so we did benefit from getting on rides with almost no queues when we went. ie. we did Peter Pan ride 6 times in 3 days. often the queue for this is at least 1 hour.

Booked it directly online, £606 for the three of us for three nights at hotel Santa Fe and £142 Eurostar.

Thanks for tips

If you haven't bought a guide book yet try getting the "Brits guide to Disneyland Paris". It was a lifesaver on our trip last month. It gives tips on how to save time, money etc. Also the City Hall inside the park recharges your camcorder if the battery dies down. I would go as early as possible to Fantasyland as that bit is by far the busiest. Their is also a web forum on www.disboards.com that has brilliant advice for DLP. My girls loved their character lunch at Cafe Mickeys, and although pricey it allowed them 1 on 1 time with heaps of characters (Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Chip and Dale, Pinochio, Schmee, Pluto). Saves you from queuing for ages to meet them. Unfortunately the princesses can only be met at certain time. We stood in line for nearly 2 hours !! argh ... Hope your family has a brilliant holiday. It is defintely a special trip.

Can second Cafe Mickey. Not for the food, but for the one to one with the characters. DD was in heaven when Mickey chose her to dance with - every half hour or so the music coems on and the characters dance around with the children.

Well, she did love it. COuldn't get the guide book you recommended, ml, and the AA guide (the only one we could get) is an unashamed Disney plug, quite out of date, and didn't mention any height restrictions. But we had three good days, not too much queueing and not a single mouthful of healthy food in the whole time...
