sorry havent been but if you go to nickjr dot com you can click on 'radio' and it plays all the songs from the show and not just the ones on t.v..like celebrate..we are family etc

I would certainly be interested in this as i've got tickets for Torquay in October. I've seen the ad on TV but Dora seems a bit too 'real' to be seen as Dora by my two year old, don't know what anyone else thinks?

I went to this with DD, and also Katz and her DD1. Went on Saturday this weekend in Nottingham. The girls loved it. DD was on her feet dancing most of the time, singing along. She has talked about it afterwards all the time. Lasted just over an hour, with a 10 minute break between the two halves. Was an extended, live version of an episode, following the basic idea of all episodes. Was worth going, definitely.

Dora is a normal woman dressed up in Dora clothes. Our 3 and 4yos were fine at recognising her as playing the part of Dora though, as opposed to being the "real" Dora from TV.

yews we are off int eh autumn

terriefarrell · 28/08/2006 09:25

that sounds great then as i was worried after seeing the advert for it. I know DD2 is going to love it, even DD1 who is 8 is coming along. I saw the Fimbles show earlier this year and that was fantastic even though she isn't really a fimbles watcher she loved it so god knows what she'll be like with Dora whom she adores

saw it last week with dd aged 5 - she absolutely loved it, said it wasn't long enough - I think coz it follows same format as tv programme it's very easy for them to follow, there was no boredom issue at all. I was very sceptical as we've seen lots of Disney shows which were rubbish, but this was really engaging and would definitely recommend it. Think an 8 year old will really enjoy it but may well feel quite old compared to average audience age!

hmm ds1 sais he wanted to go - he is 8 but i have over ruled him! ds2 (6) is ocming

We are off to see this afternoon and I have been dreading it. Maybe it won't be to bad then and I'm sure DS1 will love it

Well DS(3)& DD(8) both really enjoyed the Cardiff Show - was worried that DD would be a bit "old" for it, but she was not the only older child & joined with everyone else, show was very colourful, professional & worth the child price of £9.95 but £19 for an adult was a bit expensive, only grumble was as ususal merchandise was a bit pricy

Any one knows if a 2.4 year old boy would love it? Or is he too little?
