OK, so we've been to North Wales a lot. We like it a lot. We have to go in School summer holidays and have a 6 year old and a dog. We don't live near the sea so access to a beach is mandatory. We usually spend about£500 on a self catering cottage and frankly that's the budget again. Given we have to go in high summer the idea of going somewhere where everyone else is gives me the cobbywobbles. And it has to be warm enough to swim (and have dog friendly beaches) hence Wales. But are we missing something? I'd quite like to try somewhere else (have done Norfolk too).
Any suggestions?
