Somewhere like Barcelona....but not Barcelona

We are escaping for a weekend away without the kids at beginning June. Barcelona pretty much matches the description of what we're looking for...sun, some culture, nice bars, great hotels, sea, beautiful views...but I have been several times before and would like to go somewhere different. Any suggestions gratefully received - thank you

sorry, I just saw you wanted see views as well, so Prague is obviously not right.

Dubrovnik - stunning city, lots of culture, the walls of the city plunge into the clearest sea you have ever seen, boats take you to little island beaches nearby (I recommend Mljet for a day trip). Best food I've ever had, fantastic bars.

Istanbul is great for nightlife, culture and food. No sea though.
