Afternoon..!

Just been out for a trip to buy a couple of new bits for kids for hols, v excited...can anyone recommend good high factor sun cream for DD and DS (1 and 3)...the last one I had was great (boots baby) but DD looked like a ghost when it was applied (she also has sensitive skin/eyes and so need to be careful of that)...we're going mid/end may to Kos...
Thanks!

I got on well with the Boots factor 30 apple scented one - it's green, but not painty!
It is 'Kids' not 'Baby', but am not 100% sure what the ingredient difference is. You can get little day-size packs if you want to try it before shelling out for a huge bucket.

We recently used an ASDA own brand sun block while on a ski holiday and it was fantastic. It was for babies and a factor 50 (or at least 40), came in a white tube (which was my original reason for choosing it - for ease on the ski slopes), had no smell, designed for sensitive skins and went on clearly. Was very impressed. Missed one of the kids one afternoon and she went red - while all the others with it on showed no effect from the sun at all - definitely worked. I used it as well and it didn't clog up my skin or make it feel greasy and I didn't tan either - thank goodness!

Proderm mousse, SPF 35 + waterproof. Lots of old threads about this as good for sensitive skin BUT expensive. Sometimes Sainsburys do a BOGOF, or Savers dot it. Goes on really easily, no grease.

we use \link{http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/health-products/nivea-sun-children-s-sun-spray/1020862/\Nivea sun spray} and find it easy to apply

\link{http://www.ultrasun.co.uk\Ultrasun} is excellent, I bought some last summer as recommended by this very site! Won't use anything else on ds now. It is a bit pricey, but worth it, and a little goes a long way. Not greasy, the factor 28 is suitable for very sensitive skin. I use it myself in the summer instead of moisturiser.
