Visiting home in Scotland next month from Canada with dd who will be 11 months. There is a 6 hr time difference. How much will this disrupt her eating/sleeping? Not really so much worried for coming back again but as she has 2 sets of grandparents desperate to see her I'm a little concerned I'll have a grumpy/stroppy little madam due to tiredness! We have a night flight into London, so hope she'll sleep then, then arrive in Scotland around 6is, so will feed, play bath and hopefully bed then up in the morning as usual. Too optomistic?
