We are off to DisneyWorld next year and I am already really excited about it. Anyone else? I'd love to compare notes on what you are doing to prepare. I'm starting to think about how to do a big surprise for the DC when we tell them we are going.

Witch here's a graph all the websites have similar info, but this ones easier to read at a glance. It ties in with US kids school holidays as well from what I gather.

Thanks for the photo info guys, I like the idea of not needing to carry a camera. We have DH for carrying money, so me and DS are hands free.

TSSDNCOP · 11/08/2013 11:07

AOA I think charge different rates depending on the movie I.e cheapest at Virgin last week was Little Mermaid room, but a Nemo room was £1k more.

WitchOfEndor · 11/08/2013 11:24

TSSDNCOP thanks for the link, love the fact that the footfall ratings go up to 11 as a tribute to Spinal Tap!

TSSDNCOP · 11/08/2013 12:06

Witch Wink you didn't honestly think that a person who cares enough to design a footfall chart on Disneyworld would be totally sane did you?

AnneEyhtMeyer · 11/08/2013 12:07

Oh that's great, TSS, thanks for that handy graph. I am pleased to see that our next trip in 2014 is only a 3. Smile

Trazzletoes · 11/08/2013 16:37

An I understanding the PhotoPass correctly - you pay a shed load of money upfront and then can keep and do what you want with any of the photos at no extra charge but if you don't want any then you can get a full refund?

AnneEyhtMeyer · 11/08/2013 18:07

That's it - although if you want them to post the CD to you they charge extra - I just download them so it doesn't cost extra.

You can edit the photos online before you download them too - they do some borders and special effects you can add.

Whilst you are being photographed, some of the photographers can add effects too. For example we have pictures of DD holding Tinkerbell in her hand etc.

Trazzletoes · 11/08/2013 18:21

Wooooooow! I WANT TO GO!

PickledMoomin · 12/08/2013 10:37

Have constant butterflies. Heading to Gatwick today then flying tomorrow.

Worrying I've forgotten something!

Groovee · 12/08/2013 10:46

Have a fabulous time Pickled.

Universal also do a photo connect. The harry potter photo is $30 and we got 7 photo's with characters for $60. So you do save.

PickledMoomin · 12/08/2013 11:43

That sounds good. Is that only in advance? Or can you get that deal there?

Groovee · 12/08/2013 11:45

We bought it in the park, it's about $10 more in the park but really when you consider the price of the spiderman pictures and HP it works out a great deal.

TheHumancatapult · 12/08/2013 12:18

Have fab time pickled

Im waiting for my photopass+ to arrive pre ordered mine decided be nice have some together and paticularly some magic shots and know dd will want ride photos

We head to airport hotel 4 weeks todayGrin

AnneEyhtMeyer · 12/08/2013 13:38

Will be interested to see what you think of the photopass +, Human. I'm tempted to do it next time. The ride photos are so expensive individually.

Groovee · 12/08/2013 13:47

Anne there is an attractions+ which is just the ride photo's for $50. But can only be purchased in the parks.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 12/08/2013 14:09

Oh is there? Not seen that before, Groovee.

Mind you, if the Photopass is $119.95 and the Photopass plus is $149 I think I might as well go with that if I go ahead. Just got to check which rides have photos to see if it is worth it for us.

Trazzletoes · 12/08/2013 14:32

Ooh what's the difference between a PhotoPass and a PhotoPass plus?

Groovee · 12/08/2013 14:34

photopass is just the photo's

The plus has ride photo's and certain restaurants.
