Has anyone ever been here? The brochure makes it look amazing, Trip adviser ditto, Its very very expensive, but is for our 'familymoon'
My sister had a big white wedding, that is not what we want for our special day, we would rather have a small registry office ceremony and then go straight to the airport for a wonderful holiday.
We considered the other First Choice AI holiday villages, but this one beat them all hands down.

I got back from the HV Portugal last night. We booked for 11 nights and I am gutted we did not book for 2 weeks. The staff were excellent. They did not push you into doing anything you didn't want to. My biggest surprise was the kids club facilities. I did not think my dd1 aged 4 would want to go much but I could not get her out. The safety aspect was brilliant, the activities varied and she loved all the session she attended which was lots. The kids club reps were very professional. I would say they are of a higher standard than many uk nurserys. The rooms were very spacious ( we had a family room with bunk beds). Maid service and general cleaning was fab. The food was a leille better than I thought. There was some days better than others but there was always a good choice. The salads could have been better though. The location was brilliant and you could get a taxi into the old town for about6 euro. I am not sure that I would want to go int he height of summer as the hotel only had 300 guests so it was quite. They can take up to 900.

Hope you all enjoy your holidays as much as we did. Am feeling depressed being home now
