which first choice holiday village?

So we have finally narrowed it down to a First Choice Holiday Village in October but which one? I would like it to be warm enough in October for a 3 and 6 year old to be able to swim in the pools without being too cold and I would also like to be able to get a room with a door to the bedroom so I can shut the door on the kids when they are asleep and not spend my evening creeping around the room. Preferably we would like to me near to the beach as well as the resort. The lady in the travel agents looked at me like I was mad, am i really asking too much?!

I think the only one warm enough in October would be Egypt ( if they still do that one).

Tenerife will still be warm. The hotel is all suite so bedrooms are separate v

I've been to the Egypt one twice at Christmas. It was wonderful, no upset tummy's and my 3 yr old loved it so much we could barely get her out of the kids club.

You need to get a kids den room (which we did) the kids have a seperate room with bunk beds, so you don't need to tiptoe around quite so much when they are asleep.

Any questions just ask.

Ooh Tenerife still being warm wnough is good news as we were quite keen on that one. We were also very very tempted by the Egypt one it looks fab I was concerned about the upset tummy issue Hersetta i know you say you had no tummy issues but was it something you were aware of others having? Also my other concern was if the boys didn't want to join in with the kids clubs would there be enough to keep them entertained I've heard there is no resort etc you pretty much have to stay in the hotel grounds is this true?

Well it's safe enough to go out and about shopping in the local area (there's even a KFC etc, but the hotel runs a shuttle to narma bay a few times a day (they do charge a few pounds for) where there is loads of touristy things. To be honest even if they don't want to do the kids club thing there is loads for them to do...big swimming pool slides, zip wires, ping pong and table football but organised games like beach volleyball, archery, trampoling etc run by the entertainment staff.

Of couse some people get upset tummy's (don't they always on holiday) but aquick trip to the chemist outside the hotel for a supply of antinal and you'll be right as rain usually within 24 hrs. My DH did get a bit squitty but he does everywhere we go (I put it down to the copious about of rum and coke he drinks), because most importantly in our 4 weeks at the resort over 2 holidays our DD has been completely fine.
