HELP: What can I feed my fussy kids on a flight to the States?

Taking 15mth old DS & 3yo DD on long flight to the US (daytime). Need to take stuff to feed them on the plan, but worried about the "no liquids" policy meaning I can't take jars and pouches. They hate rice cakes and cereal bars but I don't want to stuff them with junk (and can't take a knife on board to cut apples and pears). Any ideas?

I don't work for Benjoy. I'm a stay at home mum.

I've never had any problems taking through Frube sticks or Innocent fruit tubes. DD also loves cheese triangles which travel well. Only issue is keeping things cold but I take a small coolbag (picnic size) and a couple of good quality ziplock bags. Once airside I ask one of the concessions (usually I have bought something from them) to fill the bags up with ice and, voila, decent size cool packs that usually last for the length of our journey.

I have been (or i should say my two girls have been) enjoying the benjoy range...they don't like vegetables but love the vegetable crispy snacks and the fruit ones are good too as they love nibbling on them. They think that they are getting a treat and don't know how good for them they are, so i would recommend them highly, the only thing i would say is please keep adding to the range as i'm sure there are other flavours in the making?!! Great for travelling in the non spill munchcups...its always the little practical things that make life a lot easier.
