Luxury holiday mid May in sun?

We want to go to a nice hotel in May for 7 nights (3 of us, dd is 3yo). We've been to Sani Beach Club and the Almyra and would like something similar.

I've spent hours looking and would be very grateful for any recommendations.

TIA.

I've not been but i've only ever heard good things about this place:

The weather in Lanzarote should be lovely in May too.

The Four Seasons in Provence is very nice, i haven't been to Sani Beach CLub or the Almyra so can't compare but it is more of an adults place (Golf, Spa, Tennis etc) which is child friendly. There is a kids club and fab swimming pool and the rooms are all suites with large terraces but it isn't near the beach.

I was just thinking this morning I might book for next May.

What was the Almyra like? Really want to go

Thanks for these. The Vedura looks amazing. We may well book.

The Almyra is lovely. How old are your LOs Exhaused? We went when dd was 1 and it was perfect. I think there is a crèche/ small kid club though we didn't use it but it is far calmer than I expected kid friendly places to be. they really have thought of everything from a LOs pov - more than anywhere I've been since. They bring highchairs, kids menu (with proper food not just chips etc), baby cutlery and cups etc as soon as you sit down to eat. They have toys, cots, baby walkers etc in your room if you ask for them as well as sterilisers etc. The two restaurants are lovely - the Japanese (this was 2 years ago so maybe changed cuisine) was brilliant and at night they have little lights clipped to the menus so they can dim the lights (it is open air) for LOs to sleep in their prams. The other restaurant has a platform on the sea and space between every table to a pram for babies to sleep while you have a romantic meal. The town is a walk away and is fine for a stroll and few drinks. I'd really recommend it though it is comparably expensive.
