After looking into disneyland paris and working out costs have decided instead that rather go to Florida

Do people think packages better or book it seperatley myself .If so how early can things like flights etc be booked.

Know want villa as there be me , ds1 (18) ds2(15) dd9 and ds3 be 6 also my mum and stepdad both be 60 .So villa just gives us more choice what to do and like the freedom of it

Am thinking next year summer holidays maybe last week or so of term .

How soon should i start booking things ,.Know going to take some serious saving but with two 60th and a 18th birthday just thought it be extra special .plus am aware that ds1 not always going to want to come away with us

This priority pass also gives you access to special reserved areas to watch parades and shows.

our favourite place for holiday remember if you hope to do all theme parks it works out almost one a day its a wonderful holiday but not relaxing. this year we wont be doing all theme parks as ds only 2 so places like universal will be wasted on him so we will be spending more time at villa which will be great. try mytravel.com and travel supermarket.

We have been twice and stayed in the hotel adjoining the main shopping mall the first time. Taxis to the parks was still pretty cheap.

Second time we rented a villa, I think it was £450 for two weeks, was only three bedrooms.

I loved going to Walmart to buy things to cook and to take home.

We got lots of take away food too so it didn't seem like a big deal to cook the odd dinner at home.

Both times we went were the October half term, very quiet in terms of American families and the heat was good enough for outdoor swimming without it being to hot to walk around a park all day.

I was looking at rightmove earlier and the villas are pretty cheap to buy at the moment...

For villas, look at www.loyaltyusa.com They are a management company owned and managed by an english lady who only manages luxury homes within 4 miles of Disney. Often 'minutes from Disney' in adverts can mean 59 minutes! Most of the villas managed by loyalty have private pools and gamesrooms.
I'd expect to pay 450 to 500 GBP per week for a 4 bed villa with a pool next summer. You can book as far ahead as you like. I normally take summer bookings 12 to 18 months in advance.

Ref flights, they are released 11 months in advance and unlike other destinations, the prices tend to go up nearer the time of departure.

goodasgold they may sound cheap but you need to take into account the running costs which are pretty high

We've done a villa and a Disney hotel stay in Florida for Disney.

Much prefer hotel option in Disney resort. No need for hire car, no need to go food shopping, extra Magic Hours in the parks and full-on Disney experience all day!

If you are looking to rent a private villa you can look here for luxury villas that are close to Disney: www.emeraldislandrentals.com

In terms of comparing your options between villas versus hotels/Disney resorts, here is a good comparison: www.emeraldislandrentals.com/Renting-Disney-Villa-Versus-Hotel-Suite.htm

Hope this helps.
