Can anyone help me with holiday insurance?

Do brokers exist anymore, because I think that may be the only way for me, as it is price comparison sites are turning out to be a nightmare because of all the different policy guidelines.

I want an annual multi trip for the family really, but it has to allow dh to windsurf on one holiday (no idea if this comes under professional or dangerous sports), also needs to allow dd (15) to travel alone on one holiday (with the school), plus a trip for all of us in the summer.

Can anyone help??

Yes they do - the Yellow pages (or www.yell.com) category is insurance intermediaries. Should be one local to you.

Great thing about brokers is that it is their responsibility to get all the information from you - so as long as you answer their questions correctly, you'll be covered

havent used a yellow pages for years though with t'internet and comparison sites making everything so easy .... most of the time

02088579130. They are a firm of Insurance brokers I use. (London and Kent Insurance) I do my car, house and holiday insurance with them. Have done for about ten years now.

Remember though you do pay for what you get so you do need to check what is covered. That is why I end up using brokers.

Your dd (15) may need a separate one for travel with a school trip. I thought most school trips include the holiday insurance cover for school/college groups anyway. I thought they were required to as part of the old health and safety red tape stuff. I start there and work backwards!

We have Axa-PPP insurance which does what the OP requires.

check your bank accounts too. Many have travel insurance free with the account.

I am with the lloyds premier and they were even covered for 17 days of winter sports, for dd travelling alone. Was well impressed.
