Disneyland Paris

Hi, I've booked 3 days in Disneyland Paris for myself, partner, son (2.7) and daughter (6 months) for December. I know Paris can be freezing in winter, and I know that any sort of break with such a young baby could be hard. Has anyone attempted this, and do you have any tips (please don't tell me not to go, I've already booked!)

Hi,
Athough I have no advise sorry, I am in fact also searching for info on this! I'm wanting to book a 3 night break this December for me, husband and 2 sons (4 yrs and 19months). Where are you staying? I'm having trouble finding suitable places!
I'm hoping to use our Tesco clubcard vouchers for one day Eurodisney passes but need to find somwhere to stay! Are you flying there, eurotunnel or ferry? x

Go have a brilliant time. have lots of advice so.....

met office is your friend. check out the whether forecast and dress accordingly. hat gloves scarf and thermals (body, legs and socks). think about picking up a snow suit for dc (I look out for second hand ones). if it's freezing they grit which can mark shoes so don't wear your best beloved pink suede boots as I did with dd one year Grin take twice as many socks as you need and extra pair of shoes/slippers so you can change in the evening

by far the best warmest nicest baby change in main park is the baby centre in the centre.

regarding the characters, best way to get there attention is to wear something with that character on or carry a cuddly toy. gives the characters a way of interacting with your child too. a really top tip is to get an autograph book and big thick pen (write your child's name on the front and you may get a personal dedication). they sell them there (designed to be easy for the characters to use) and i think actually if you only get one souvenir make that it on day one! This particularly good if your little one is a bit scared of the characters!

watch as many Disney films as possible before you go.

I have so more tips but don't want to bore you....

blankets. take a couple of fleecy blankets. good for keeping kids warm in buggies and sitting on during parades and during the motor stunt show in the studio park
