Is it correct that you get your park tickets on the Eurostar? I went in to pick up my tickets and the girl was a bit brainless unsure and only gave me the train tickets. She said that 'they' will give me the park tickets on the train.

Is this right?? I only really questioned it when she said 'I think that's right anyway...'!!

If it helps, if you stay in a Disney hotel then you get the park tickets when you get to your hotel. So I would think that this arrangement is not that unlikely.

Brilliant - thanks. I mentioned it to a friend today and she thought it was right too. The travel agent was just a bit vague!

If your going on eurostar you will get you park tickets on the train they come round with goody packs for the kids and park tickets and hotel vouchers so you can go straight to the park if you want to. Take your luggage to the hotel check in desk upstairs in the marne la valle station and they will take it and check it into your hotel for you. Have a great time!

Thanks Rosie!! That's exactly what I needed to hear - I thought we could go straight to the park, brilliant!

We went last week and you had to pay 15 euro's per adult for the service (Disney Express Service) that takes your cases to and from the train station to your hotel. As there was 3 adults we decided against this as seemed quite a lot but lived to regret it!!
Got to hotel around 14.00 and queued for 30 minutes to check in, then room not ready until 15.00 so had to wait again for room key. Also on way home had to leave luggage at hotel in morning and then return for then later for train at 19.35 - it was a right pain and we wished we had just paid the extra.
Maybe if you've booked with thompson it includes this service??
Have fun!

Thanks for the tip - The travel agent mentioned the bag drop service but didn't mention payment, I assumed that it was included.
Am just currently hoping that it won't rain on the three days that we have booked in August!! I'm expecting a lot from this holiday as it was so chuffing expensive!!!

You will get luggage check in vouchers with your park tickets if you have a package deal so wont have to pay the?15. Dont worry about the weather there's lots of indoor shows to go to if it rains, when ever we've been in august the weather has always been better over there than it is here, you can always buy plastic rain capes if it tips .down

If you have booked a package with Disney ( either directly or through a travel agent)on the direct Disney train you have to say that you want the Express Service which means you get your check in documents, park tickets, Half Board meal vouchers, any extra tickets like Buffalo Bill WW Show, ( if booked) on the train if you board at Kings Cross St Pancras. The Disney staff on board know where you are sitting and will come and find you. They also give you coloured labels to tie on to your bags that designates which hotel you are staying in, so they go to the correct one.
If you are boarding at Ashford, you checkin and get everything from the Disney desk at the station before you board the train.
If you have not booked a package with the Direct Disney train, you can pay to have the Express Service, as Cazbaby says.
The Disney Express Desk is on the top floor, near the Eurostar entrance. There are usually Characters here to greet people off the train in school holiday time.
Rather pathetic of Thomson not to be able to explain this to you. Thomas Cook are preferred Disneyland Paris agents.
Hope you have a super time.

I have just returned from 5 days in DLP. The weather was perfect for a theme park holiday, sunny but not too hot, apart from one day when it poured with rain all day. Luckily, we went to Paris on the train that day, and it was sunny and quite hot for most of the day there!
We have had July / August trips when it has been boiling hot and rather uncomfortable, and some cloudy trips with occasional rain. A bit like here really!
