I'm sure they would. Have not been recently, but took 3 teenagers back to Beamish last summer. I didn't think they would enjoy it but they did.

Yes, I think they would. There's a lot to do and to look at and something for most age groups.

Am i right in thinking that the tickets are valid for a year like crich tramway museum? Or have i drenpt that in a moment of madness Biscuit

If you pay the Gift Aid contribution then they are valid for a year (but make sure the person who fills in the gift aid slip is one of the people who goes on the subsequent occasions -- we went and DH filled in the form, then several months later when he was several thousand miles away with work I went back with the DCs and the snotty woman on the ticket desk tried to imply that I'd just borrowed the tickets from someone else (she did let us in eventually).

Blimey, nappy addict, that's quite a list! We're in the East Midlands so I'm going to bookmark this thread as we'll be back to West Midlands Safari Park soon (with our free returns) and need to combine it with something else. Thanks.

As for Black Country Living Museum we thought it was just OK. Liked the vehicles but much of it seemed an opportunity to sell you stuff - ye olde pub/bakery/sweet shop/fish and chip shop. And a fairground which definitely wasn't olde worlde prices Grin!

There's a discount voucher here but the free person won't be entitled to a return.

Prefer Blists Hill and Beamish.
