PortAventura - can I use Tesco Clubpoints?

We are going on holiday to the Costa Dorada at the end of this month and although DH and I aren't big fans of theme parks we've promised our DDs (16 & 13) that we'll go to PortAventura.

I've got around £50 of Tesco clubcard points doing nothing and wondered if there is any way of converting these into vouchers to take the sting out of the cost of the entrance fee.

Anyone know if this can be done?

If not, what's the cheapest way to buy tickets (we only want 1 day) for 4 of us.

would love to take my kids abroad but have no idea of the cost.

It doesn't seem to be on there clubcard deals list I'm afraid.
You can check on the clubcard deals website of all the attractions you can use.

Thanks everyone. I know that a few years ago a Merlin Pass covered PA but it looks like it is owned by someone else now.

Oh well, I'll have to bite the bullet and pay up I suppose.

ssd - this is our first holiday abroad in 6 years. The girls want a bit of sun and I'm fed up of self-catering.

As we wanted 2 rooms and due to the girls' ages we've had to pay adult prices for them. For a week all inclusive, flying from Birmingham inc allocated plane seats, airport parking and insurance it's cost us just short of £2.5k. We haven't bothered with meals on the plane as it's an early morning flight and only 2 hrs. And as it's all inclusive I'm hoping we'll save on spending too much over there, especially drinks and ice creams, etc for the girls.

We only booked about 6 weeks ago (going away in 2 weeks) and did think about leaving it until the last minute to get a bargain but the same holiday has actually gone up £150 this week so I'm glad we booked when we did.

Costs are obviously higher in school hols but if your DCs are young then you can get early bird discounts for 2011 with free child places.

thanks.
that does seem quite dear, but I guess you'll save with the all inclusive.

hope you all have a great time!
