The government announced earlier this week that the maintenance loan (for students from England) will be increased by 2.5% for 24-25.
Meaning that for students outside London the max loan of £10,2444 will be just over £1900 short of the £12,130 the loan would be if the Government had raised it in line with inflation since 2020/21.

Household income thresholds also look to be frozen once again.
Student housing costs I suspect will rise by more than 2.5% come the new academic year, and I'd be surprised if food inflation was below that level either.
