Do all schools/ teachers get to see A level scripts after results?

Have seen a few references to teachers looking at student papers and then being in a position to advise a review for those students who might move up a grade but wondered if this is standard practice? So when teachers return to school shortly before term starts do they look at the marks, papers etc? And would they contact any students they thought could possibly achieve higher marks and advise them to get a review?
My DD has a uni place at her first choice but she was v close to a grade up in one subject and not really sure about another subject (she hasn’t properly looked at the grade boundaries, break down of marks etc as she got a C and is fine with it) but just wondering if teachers picked up anything like harsh marking or clerical errors on a paper would they get in touch or is it down to the student to contact teachers if they want to find out more about their papers?

For my son, the head of department and subject teacher both went through all 3 papers as he was 2 marks from an A* he needed for his university place. They recommended which paper to send first and they were spot on and the grade was increased to A

Only 1 mark to find for DS’s GCSE where he was 1 mark off a 9, paid £150 ish to review 3 papers and all stayed the same. DD just had her one (they all do 1 GCSE in year 10 at DD’s school) and thank god she got a 9 and cleared it by 13 marks! DS never did get to sit his actual GCSE’s bar that one early due to covid but thank god no repeat at A level as it was very stressful. 6 marks is a lot to find, as it’s not really a remark but ensuing it was correctly marked. I’d probably leave it

If their whole cohort coursework was moderated down it would suggest that the exam board found that they were overmarking and therefore the adjustment was required to bring the grades in line with the national results.
