I would love to go back to college as a mature student and these three paths all appeal. I'm 29 with a degree in French & Spanish. Lived in France for 5 years and now back in Dublin doing bits of freelance translation work plus 2 days a week in an Art Gallery. Have 1 DS aged 2 and could manage on DP's salary. Everyone telling me to become a teacher but don't feel very passionate about it. Argh, any advice??

I am planning on doing a degree in OT, had looked into other courses aswell , Nutritionist/Dietician and Social work also appealed to me...but OT is what I really want to do.
Socialwork, I felt might be to bogged down with all the legal stuff, etc...and I think the burn out rate might be quite big, and with Nutrition/Dietetics...I was a bit worried that the coursematerial could be a bit dry at times...as for Pharmacy, I know from my Nursing studies that I found that really boring, and I am not good at chemistry,etc...which would probably be a useful interest, lol...

Maybe get in touch with the Universities nearby and look at the courses they offer (Open days are good, you get a feel for teh Campus aswell) and maybe arrange chats with Pharmacists, Nutritionists and OT's (from different areas)...that way you will find out more from people that do the Job....

Good luck!
