Funding for Law Conversion course

My daughter's been accepted on a Law Conversion programme, but apparently isn't entitled to a student loan as this is not recognised as a Bachelor/Masters level course. Even with guarantors (us) banks won't offer loans. Any good ideas?

Yes, she can apply whilst on the GDL. My daughter decided onl aw just as she graduated (silly her to leave it so late) and I paid the GDL fee and then she got the training contract offer so the firm then paid me back (and £7k a year maintenance to her for the GDL and LPC year). However as she was late the TC she obtained was the year after so she did degree, then GDL, then LPC then had a gap year (and she went all over the world and also worked a ski season in Canada so it was a pretty nice gap year as there was also the training contract job to come back to). It was quite nice to a gap year after 5 years of studying rather than when you're 18 and may not appreciate it.

You will need high A level grades and have gone to a good university to get these funded training contract deals. You cannot even apply electronically online unless you have enough UCAS points to get through to the starting point of applying I think.
