Please help! Filling out Childcare Grant application form estimated costs

So I got my timetable yesterday, all subject to change.
I need to complete the childcare grant application form as soon as I can.
It asks for costs incurred per week during terms and holidays.
Now I won't need childcare cover through holidays will I? (Unless I'm placed in a Scottish school where their term dates are different and I'll need DC's looked after in which case I'd use a childcare provider, so do I put a registered provider down just in case? )
In term time most childcare will be by my parents in the morning, by the looks of the timetables I'll be possibly home in time to collect from school. So a registered childcare provider will probably not be used very much.
So should I say just a few hours a week for a registered provider, just in case?

I don't want to cheat any systems!!!

By my understanding as Ive had to fill in this form this year. If you dont actually have a childcare provider as in one you pay for, why would you be filling out the form?
If you will need a childcare provider you need to register with an ofstead registered place where they will give you a breakdown of their fees for you to provide in the form, which also needs to be signed by the childcare provider. So if you do need one for just a couple of hours a week It needs to be done properly as the forms need to be confimed regulary by student finance to ensure your not being over paid.

I have two childcare providers that filled in and signed the form for me, one can do early mornings and one can do after school. (But nobody except my parents can have them from 7 am as my train is at 7.15, that's why I'm trying to work out where DC's are going to be and who I'd need to pay)

I would only put down the providers that you are definitely going to use and the costs you expect to get.

I needed to pay a retaining fee at the nursery, at time full fee, sometimes half, during the holidays so I put down the holidays as full fees.
When you have then sent in your confirmation of costs form they will work out if you have been overpaid and ask for that money back.
So far in three years of study I have put down needing childcare through to the summer holidays but realistically finished in June time so had between £100 and £200 to pay back at the end of the year.

Plus I am very jealous of you already having your timetable!
I don't get mine until mid-Sept so have just had to book full-time childcare for youngest DC and full-time wrap around childcare for eldest.

Thank you! would have replied before but couldn't see it on this new layout.
I've asked nicely if University will tell me which group I'm in (top secret apparently! ) but I think I've a legitimate reason for needing to know so I can sort all this out! Hopefully will hear tomorrow.
Good point, regarding costs expected. I'll sort that out tomorrow as well!!
