My dd is 2.3 and she stood up at toddler group (song time) and sang row row row your boat infront of 25 mums and toddlers.

And she can count to 20, name over 20 different animals, write her name and colour in with out going outside the lines.

maddiebean · 17/05/2006 19:43

DD is 2.11 months and can recite 'room on the broom' from cover to cover, she can also create a drama out of ANYTHING BlushGrin

maddiebean · 17/05/2006 19:45

Angeliz - hee hee! DD has managed this whilst I was dressing ds...little angels arent' they?!

Roshni · 04/07/2006 13:24

I'm bumping this thread because it's hilarious!

my ds is 17 months old. we just got a potty to hang around the house for him to get used to already, and on saturday he insisted on sitting on it and did a wee. I've just been called by DH at home to tell me he's just done a poo! Genius!

Roshni · 04/07/2006 13:25

(saturday was the day we bought the potty home)

Roshni · 04/07/2006 13:26

DS just done a poo, not DH!

niceglasses · 04/07/2006 13:28

My children are 5, 3 and 2 and can force mummy to have a glass of wine by ooo, errr 4.30 most days.

Highlander · 04/07/2006 13:59

my DS is 22 months and can say 'bugger' and 'dad's beer'. I'm so proud. Particularly as we're visiting the God-fearing teetotal in-laws tomorrow

KathyMCMLXXII · 04/07/2006 14:15

My nephew is 3 months and can talk.
(According to my other nephew, who is 6.)

BettySpaghetti · 04/07/2006 14:26

DS is 2yrs exactly and can get his own breakfast/lunch/dinner.

(if you count opening the larder cupboard and helping himself to dry breakfast cereals, uncooked pasta and dried apricots as a meal )

MiloMummy · 04/07/2006 15:05

My DS is 14 months and can tell you that Homer goes "D'oh" and Marge goes "Hmmmmm"

I'm so glad we decided to teach him to be so intellectual ;)

Ledodgyherring · 04/07/2006 15:12

My dd is 3 and she can cut her own hair with crayola scissors.

She can also turn on the garden hose and soak everything insight including her doodles trainers (the only footwear she owns that fit her at the moment)

wanderingstar · 04/07/2006 15:27

My ds3 is 2.5 and can draw on the walls. Not unusual but when I tell him to get some paper to draw on he says " But I want to draw on the standing up paper" (= lining paper on the walls...)

He is also very good at excavating the contents of his nostrils just when I've bumped into a chic acquaintance on the high street.

Dottydot · 04/07/2006 22:12

My ds2 is 2.3 and can fall off anything. Including the floor.

Pinotmum · 04/07/2006 22:13

My dd is 5.5 yo and can produce poos I'd be proud of!

ginmummy · 04/07/2006 22:15

My ds is 2.9 and can cook me a gourmet meal on his kitchen, usually sausages, ice cream and asparagus, washed down with a cup of tea with a little bit of coffee in it!

He likes to watch Ready Steady Cook and imitate what they're doing with his play food! So cute!

bea · 04/07/2006 22:27

ds is 2.5 and can excuse himself from eating anymore tea by claiming "I too fat!"... even though he had no trouble polishing off a choc cupcake for pudding!

kiskidee · 04/07/2006 22:42

dd is 14 months and can lean charmingly over from daddy as if coming to me then quickly cuddle back into daddy with a cheeky grin and head shaking -nnnnnnoooooo!

clerkKent · 06/07/2006 13:19

At an early age DD announced "I know what ducks say - they say f*k f*k". She always saw ducks from the car near a difficult junction when DW was driving...

northstar · 06/07/2006 13:23

my dd 14mths can get her whole leg really stuck in the stairgate.

bummer · 06/07/2006 13:44

is 68 months old and has from 19 months old been able to restart WWIII several times a week

housemum · 06/07/2006 15:28

oldest is 13 years old, and unable to find a laundry basket, speak in full sentences, put her dishes in the sink, etc, etc....

louise35 · 10/07/2006 23:35

Ooh I love this thread. My DD is 11 and loves to wear makeup and perfume. Unfortunately she does not like to brush her hair or teeth which seems to defeat the object of the makeup and perfume etc. She will also happily walk around naked when she feels like it but goes all prudish if she has to change her clothes in front of me, what the heck is that all about?? She's also discovered the convenience of breaking wind and blaming the dog with the best poker face I've ever seen.

Highlander · 04/08/2006 09:46

I think it's going to be hard to beat ClerkKent's DD

Mind you, DS said bollocks to me the other day ('boyks').

tysmaw · 05/08/2006 12:12

DS (14 months) dropped his cup at the toddler group last week and said very loudly 'oh bugger'
