Try cutting down on bread and pasta. Use a slendertone belt. My mate with the perfect abs swears by it and keep excersising. There's always surgery if you get really desperate. I have the same baggy tummy issues.

Hi, might you have a separation of your tummy muscles? I have and I am working on it at the moment I'd like to share a link for the julie tupler website, this is what I have been following and it really is decreasing my tummy size. I had an 8 fingerwidth gap of my abs and now it is down to 2. I also have the apron of fat and am following slimming world and have so far lost some weight, but need to stick to it to get it really off!
I too cannot exercise due to SPD and it's taking time to disappear so I really sympathise with you on your knee. How about a gym ball you can raise your heart rate by sitting on that and doing some upper body work, even if it's just moving your arms around!
Here's the link, there's a wee video and she shows you how/what to do at the end of it:

Hi lincolnlass, if you can do some moderate exercise for 30 minutes a day, five days a week, you?ll be on your way to maintaining a healthy weight. We?ve found the support of good friends is also a great way to help you achieve the goals you?re aiming for. If you go to the Microsoft® HealthVault? at
www.healthvault.co.uk/widget/articles/yourweight.aspx you?ll find five exercise tips to help you with your weight maintenance; you could even register and start tracking your weight. It would be great if you could let us know how you get on. Thanks, HealthVaultEd.
