Help - I have to bring children with me whilst I have a filling at the dentist.

My filling fell out yesterday and is really quite sore. The only appointment I can get this week is at a time when I will have dd3 - aged 9 months and dd2 who is 4 and has SN. Dd2 is already nervous of the dentist and also finds it hard to sit and wait anywhere and tbh I'm not keen myself but have always made a good show of being brave. However when faced with a filling I tend to ever so slightly fall apart. I have literally no-one to look after them and it's lunch time so little one will be tired and grumpy and my bigger one will be fed up as it will make her late for playgroup. Dentist is part-time and only works Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during school hours and her next appointment isn't until a week on wednesday anyway. I know I sound like I'm fussing but I'm dreading it. Any tips?

Ok with mine - I pack a backpack with lots of little things to play with - maybe wrap them up for extra novelty for 4yr old? If its lunch time - could you pack a picnic/ finger food type snacks. Keep 9mth in car seat/buggy. How friendly is the dental surgery - could the receptionist keep an eye while the play and you're upstairs?
WRT the filling - you'll be fine - you had it done the first time! I always ask my dentist to treat me like a 5 year old and explain everything he is going to do just so I know when they'll be loud noises or poking about
